Our residential lease agreement includes all of the provisions necessary for staying compliant with landlord-tenant laws. Its customize feature allows us to create specific property lease riders and is edited to fit your specific needs.

TRANSACTION BROKER FOR RENTALS
If you found a tenant but still need to prepare the lease and check their credentials, we can do that for you. We charge a flat, one time fee that will allow you to have endless peace of mind. Keep in mind when we find the tenant there is no fee to you.
